Promptus Offers Equiinet Range in Asia Pacific
Australia-based Promptus Communications has been appointed exclusive distributor of Equiinet's range of secure internet appliances in the Asia Pacific region.
Equiinet is the UK market leader in multifunctional server appliances, with a family of products that includes the NetPilot secure Internet access and email devices, the CachePilot family of content delivery appliances and the SentryPilot gateway security device.
With corporate headquarters in Crows Nest, New South Wales, Promptus also has offices in New Zealand, Japan, Thailand and Singapore, and the company will be offering Equiinet products to SMEs and small corporates in all those countries. Longer term, Promptus plans to introduce NetPilot, CachePilot and SentryPilot into the North and South American market via its offices in Irvine, California and Portsmouth, Rhode Island.
